OUR LITTLE FARM

Shiekar and Annegret Kumbur founded the farm “Hope Eden” in 1998. It is located close to the Nigerian capital Abuja.

By growing and selling basic food, the inhabitants of Hope Eden are able to make a living off the farm.

The name speaks for itself: “Hope Eden” stands for Hope. People get new hope through the message of Jesus Christ.

At the same time they can start to improve their living conditions with some initial assistance. This way they are taking steps towards a hope filled future.

Next to the staff, destitute adolescents and single mothers with their children find a home here. Through Hope Eden they have the chance to break through the poverty cycle.
